DAIZ Clinics ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use daizclinics.com or book an appointment with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you book an appointment, we collect your full name, phone number, and — if you provide it — your email address and any notes you add. If you create a patient account, we also store your login email and a hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text). We do not collect payment or financial information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to schedule and manage your appointment, contact you about it (by phone, email, or WhatsApp), notify the relevant doctor of a new booking, and — if you have an account — show you your own appointment history. If you gave us your email, we may occasionally send offers or news about new services; every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your appointments. We never sell your information to anyone.
Data Storage & Security
Your appointment details are only ever visible to you and to our doctors — never to other patients.
Sharing Your Information
We share your booking details only with the doctor you're booking with, so they can prepare for your visit, and with our email provider (Resend) solely to deliver that notification. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never sell patient data.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just contact us using the details on our Contact page. If you have a patient account, you can also see your own appointment history directly by signing in.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference (English/Arabic). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
