By using daizclinics.com or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp instead of using the website.
Appointments & Bookings
Booking a slot on this website sends a request to DAIZ Clinics — it is not automatically confirmed. We'll reach out by phone to confirm your appointment. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the doctor's schedule that day.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly (phone or WhatsApp) as early as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
